Who Are We?
Hello from Berlin! We are six students and two academicians from Communication faculty of Galatasaray University in Istanbul. We came to Berlin, capital city of Germany, to make a cultural project about immigrants and refugees. Our goal is meeting some of the institutions who take care of new Syrian refugees and old Turkish immigrants from different perspectives.
We’ll try to understand the approach of an intensely working country about immigrants and refugees since 1960’s.

For this project, we’ll make interviews with academicians, entrepreneurs, politicians and many others for finding answers. During the project we’ll be visiting some neighbourhoods like Kreuzberg to see the history of immigrants, their struggle; and the transformation of Berlin after them.
